a romantic getaway
ideal location perfect treadmills good stationary bikes
the location was really ideal near several attractions. the gym provided a place for workouts. it had treadmills and stationary bikes so it was easy to stay active.

broken door dirty windows
i was a bit disappointed. the balcony door was really broken. instead of fixing it, they just screwed it shut, but not tightly. there was a gap of at least half an inch! all the noise and smells came right into the room. it can't be like that in a supposed nice hotel. also, the windows were dirty, so the view was not good.

the location allowed easy access to several attractions nearby. the premises had adequate amenities, i would say. the hotel staff was helpful regarding local information.
the elevators did seem a bit slow during peak hours though.

nice location convenient rental parking fee hotel gym
the location is nice, especially for exploring nearby spots. i walked to two museums and the harbor Market is also a short walk. a bike rental spot right outside made it convenient.
the hotel gym is okay, but it could be better maintained. i also found that the overnight parking fee was very high, it cost $42 each night.

convenient location bay view walking distance fast service
I found the location convenient. several points of interest like the uss midway were just across the street. A couple of restaurants nearby had bay views. little italy was within walking distance, it had numerous options for dining and shopping. the front desk experience was fast and helpful.
the room decor felt a bit old and tired. it wasn't a huge issue, but noticeable.

The hotel restaurant offered a great breakfast, it provided a $60 credit, honoring the reservation details. The claim jumper restaurant was really good. i found the food quality very high, a nice experience to start the day.

a coffee shop had two free coffees each morning, a nice perk. the hotel has a shop with food essentials and souvenirs. i noted the presence of discounted tickets for the zoo and discounts for nearby restaurants.

The front desk provided very nice service. I especially remember ryan in reservations, he provided help and was very communicative. Jennifer in sales made the contracting process seamless. all hotel staff were friendly and helpful!

The hotel is in an unbeatable position, it has an unrivaled view. some attractions are within walking distance. the hotel is right across the street from the cruise ships, very convenient. A shuttle service to the airport is available.

central location helpful staff excellent bed slow wifi expensive parking narrow space
the location proved central for sightseeing. staff members provided assistance when needed. the king-size bed in the room was excellent and sleep was restful.
the wifi access felt limited and slow. upgrading it incurred an extra daily cost i found excessive. parking cost forty-two dollars each night i did not like it. i noticed narrow parking spaces in the self-parking lot.

top location friendly staff harbor view
location is top, close to everything. staff members were friendly and helpful. my room had a nice view toward the harbor. i found many restaurants within walking distance, that was great for dinners.
the parking fee felt a little high at $50 each night, it made the trip a bit more expensive.

the staff was always helpful, from check-in to housekeeping. the hotel offered discounted tickets to the zoo plus discounts for hazelwood cafe and the claim jumper restaurant. jorge, the shuttle driver, gave a warm welcome.
